Dr. Juanita Kimiyo Forrester

Dr. Juanita Forrester is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business. She earned her BA from Spelman College, her MSc in Culture & Society from the London School of Economics, her MA in Management from Wake Forest University, and her PhD in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University. She has provided consulting services in the areas of diversity management and expansion strategy for banks and nonprofit organizations. Her work has been published in journals such as Journal of Management Studies and European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology. She regularly presents her research at conferences such as Academy of Management and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She specializes in well-being, emotions, and mindfulness, identity & relationships.
