Additional Resources
One of the Centerās goals is to equip Mercer students to lead in all disciplines and fields, including corporate boardrooms as entrepreneurs, in higher education as principals, teachers, and superintendents in our public and private schools and numerous other walks of life.
The advisory board will share resources on ethical and servant leadership for Mercer students to access and utilize in their leadership roles within and outside of the Mercer community. The resources here may be beneficial to you in your leadership development, providing additional information you may find helpful and interesting on the topic of leadership.
Wake Forest Educating Character Grant
The Mercer Center for Leadership, Ethics, and Service is a proud 2025 recipient of the Wake Forest Educating Character Initiative Grant. The aims of the grant are to promote collaborative learning in developing on and off campus leadership. It has also allowed for the center to set goals to help student and faculty outreach, making Mercer’s campus develop stronger value systems than ever. The grant has already made possible a faculty seminar, within which a multidisciplinary group of people joined in brainstorming implications of campus ethics.
